ALL FOR AND ONE FOR ALL ♥
WE CANNOT SUCCEED INDIVIDUALLY, BUT TOGETHER WE CAN BUILD SOMETHING.
It's a Flower Power movement in order for ViiKii to take us seriously and to understand that we can no longer bear seeing them playing 'hide & seek' when we REALLY need them. We have needs that are needed to be taken into serious consideration, and as their partners, they should at least help us meet our needs and recognize our importance to this community.
We cannot go on with this old-ViiKii-system, although it may have worked smoothly when it was first established. Through the growth and popularity of Asian dramas over the past few years, everything began to evolve rapidly, and we've finally reached the point where we'll need to make some changes. We sincerely hope that the person in charge of ViiKii would recognize this movement of ours(the contributors), the sole heart of ViiKii along with its makers, the ones who keep the drama lovers around the world satisfied.
We believe that we had our share in building this website as much as the ones who created it with countless hours of non-profitable volunteer work. It's time they take recognition of all our efforts and contributions to their website. We hope that when we seek help, They Help. Furthermore, we believe that they ABSOLUTELY NEED to create a topic explaining each and every one of our roles in the community, in order to lighten the burden of having disrespectful viewers challenging our rights over making rules.
We're not asking for supreme dominance over the entire ViiKii website. We are merely asking ViiKii to make it clear to the viewers what power we have over our channels. As a reward for being active contributors, we should at least be given the right to have power over the channels we look after. Our volunteer work shouldn't be taken as if it were nothing, including our very existence. We shouldn't even be called VOLUNTEERS here any more.Being volunteers only mean you do a WORK for free. On the contrary, we've become ViiKii's WORKERS.
We all started out as volunteers to show our gratitude, and we do it willingly with no pressure added. But as time goes by, our responsibility to help manage a channel grows immensely, causing us to devote more time and effort in what we've started. And like in any work or job we have in life, we began to take ViiKii very seriously. Our piled up responsibilities leaves us with nothing but duties to fulfill. This is when we start feeling the pressure of actually BEING WORKERS. We start feeling the pressure that the channels and the viewers are counting on us to do our work, so there is no turning back. We do what we do from the bottom of our hearts, so we continue to tire ourselves out working for the greater benefit of others.
It's an adventure we are making with them, working hand in hand
will definitely reduce the burden.
We cannot go on feeling mistreated every step of the way.
In order for us to gain respect from the viewers,

FLOWER POWER MOVEMENT ACTIONS
After more than two hours of hard discussions, we were clear about three things :
Viikii must change.
It's a VK's CONTRIBUTORS Action.
We wanted the most peaceful way to be heard by Viikii
& letting them know our claims.
FIRST STEP => MOBILIZE AS MUCH CONTRIBUTORS : Managers, Moderators & Segers As possible ♥SECOND STEP => Asking them to put the Flower Power banners on their page (& channels page if they want) And to add their claims on the topic if they had ones ♥THIRD STEP => CHOOSING A DATE FOR OUR "CLEVER "ACTION ♥WHat is the clever action ^^ ?

I know that they did read it, because for once they replied to some people last week, after almost three weeks without any news of them.These pm that they replied, were above & under mine.
Since ONE pm isn' enough, we will try with every one PMing them about this.
